Find a strut-and-tie
method for the corbel.
Search the original corbel note. Identify the load line, node geometry and assumed stress limits, and open the cited sketch and equations.
Identify the bearing node, diagonal compression strut and reinforcement tension tie shown in the sketch. The engineer confirms the adopted load path.
Record the model assumptions and required checks before creating the calculator.
Open the selected source guidance, follow its citation and identify the assumptions for the corbel detail.

Create the calculator
from the attached sketch.
Attach the labelled image in Builder. Confirm the interpreted dimensions, vertical load and adopted limits, then create the force and stress calculation with the sketch and source citations.
Inspect one bearing position: review tie and strut forces, then compare tie, nominal strut and bearing-face stresses with the adopted limits. Keep unassessed checks visible.
The engineer confirms the interpreted geometry, inputs and model.
Attach the sketch in Builder, review its geometry and model, then inspect one cited LaTeX check with the picture beside it.
