All calculations, CalcSheets, and AI-generated outputs are provided as aids and must be independently verified by a qualified professional engineer before use in any design, construction, or safety-critical application. Fontana does not replace professional engineering judgement.

10. Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may suspend accounts for non-payment
• Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
